These terms and conditions constitute the refund policy of Jana Samanya.

Thank you for your donations. If you are not happy or sure about your donation, we are here to make it right.

Terms and Conditions for refund:

1. The donors have 24 Hours to check their donations and by mistake if there is any duplicate deductions our donors can immediately write to us with the proof of deduction such as statement or UTR Numbers to refunds@janasamanya.org. 
2. If a donor is unsatisfied with the donations, they must send us a email within 24 Hours of the donation. Jana Samanya will refund the full amount without any questions. 
3. After 24 hours of the donation or not fulfilling any of the conditions provided in Clause Jana Samanya shall not accept any refund request and no money will be refunded.
